Delta has developed a tilting filter/dryer especially suitable for highly toxic or expansive and low production materials, for which it is needed to reduce as much as possible the transfer of the products from one machine to another in order to minimize leakages and handlings.
This machine allows to operate the following steps all in the same unit:
Reaction
Crystallization
Filtration
Washing
Drying
The main feature of this machine is that the chamber can be positioned according to the operation that needs to be performed.

The flexible hose connection are reduced to a minimum for a better and easy external sanitation an mainteinance. This is especially useful when the machines have to be installed in classified areas.
The head opposite to the filtering sheet is flat in order to obtain very good tolerances on surface planarity. In this way the blades effectiveness is increased leading therefore to a very good drying efficiency and a higher total discharge.
The sealing of the agitator is obtained by a mechanical seal for the rotation and by a stainless steel bellows for the vertical translation.
